Do you offer special menus?

Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £1 million public liability insurance, which we will be more than happy to show you or forward on to your venue upon request.
Chocolate Fountain Hire
Is the chocolate gluten-free?
Yes, the chocolate is gluten free.
I want a dip that isn’t listed on the dipping options on the Chocolate Fountain Hire page, is this possible?
Yes of course. Our suggested dipping options are the most popular, and what everyone tend to go for. But if you have something specific in mind, do let us know and we try our best to accomodate.
Can I supply my own food to use with the fountain?
Unfortunately no. We offer a complete service from preparation of food to display and we use our own specific suppliers to ensure that the food is of the highest quality.
Can I order a chocolate fountain without any dipping items?
But then you won’t have anything to dip into the chocolate!
Candy Buffet / Candy Cart Hire
Can the cart be set up outside?
Our carts can be used indoor and outdoor, as long as they are placed on a stable and solid ground.
Will you deliver the cart and set everything up at my event?
All of our candy cart packages come with delivery, set up and collect.
What do you do with any left over candy after a cart hire?
All of the sweets we put on display are yours to keep. At the end of the hire period we can transfer the remaining sweets onto bowls and plates for you to keep, or we can make up sweetie bags.
How many sweets will we get per person?
It’s difficult to pinpoint the exact number of sweets per person, as some may not have any and some may be back for seconds! On average there will be a minimum of one sweet bag containing a mix of different sweets per person.
What are the ingredients of the sweets?
A full list of ingredients can be provided upon request.
What happens in case of any breakage or damage?
We take a refundable security deposit on booking, and in the case of any damage or breakage, the repair or replacement cost is deducted from this.
From where is the fruit purchased?
The fruit we used for our fruit displays is purchased from local retailers and markets. We hand select only the finest, and freshest fruit for your displays.
